Rainbow Families Playgroup and
New Parent Support Group
We meet on the first 3 Fridays of the month from 11.30-2.30pm in Mt Eden. We are a Ministry of Education funded community playgroup, so we have lots of great toys and resources and a great indoor and outdoor playspace. We are an informal group, so although we set up lots of play activities, there is also lots of time to talk and socialise with other queer parents. We bring food for shared lunch and koha of $2 to cover tea, coffee etc.

Toy Library
Even if you can't make it to playgroup you are welcome to join the toy library. Cost is $20 a year and we have everything from exersaucers and baby einstein DVDs to train sets and mobilo.

Other Events
We have an annual halloween and xmas party and try organise a school holiday outing each holidays to Tim Bray's productions at the Pumphouse. Please email nzrainbowfamilies@yahoo.co.nz and we can give you more details.
